​​​​​LAMPLIGHTER MOBILE HOME PARK HAS BEEN SOLD AUG. 1,2013 Karen and Ron have been replaced as managers as of Thursday Aug 1,2013. The investor group that purchased the park is Green Courte Partners,LLC,,The deed Shows it as GCP Lamplighter,LLC. An affiliate of Green Courte,,American Land Lease,Inc., will be the managing company. ​ American Land Lease,,will use their 55+ brand,,Solstice Communities to manage our park. (Solstice also manages "La Costa Park" in Port Orange,plus about ten in Florida.)   Any "talk" of rent increases or other "changes" may only be speculation at this time,so we have to be patient and wait till the new management sends us more info
